MY TRIP TO MADRID:

Hi, we are Xènia Salellas, Eloi Compta, Cristina Düthmann and Hug Serra. And today we are going to talk about the trip to Madrid.

The first day we went to visit Congreso de los Diputados. After visit, we went to have lunch in Museo del Jamón. After that we visited the Prado Museum. We also went to relax in Parque del Retiro and saw the Puerta de Alcalá. At night we went to have dinner in Fresco restaurant and finally we went to the hotel.

On the second day we went to Plaza del Sol and we saw important Madrid monuments. We also visited the Plaza Mayor. Then, we went to Almudena cathedral and we also visited the Palacio Real gardens. In the afternoon we visited the Xi'an warriors exhibition and then we walked around Neptuno and Cibeles squares. We also saw the majestic city hall. In the evening we had the famous “Bocata de Calamares” in Plaza Mayor.

On the third day morning we packed our suitcases. Then we walked across the Gran Via and we saw the Plaza España. After that we walked around the Debod temple and then we visited the Senado. In the afternoon we went to the station and we took the train to Girona. It was a fantastic trip.

A brave rescue

The recue happened while I was skiing with a friend in the Alps. It was so amazing, surprising and fantastic.

I was with my friend and we were climbing up the mountain. While we were climbing up we saw a man on a cliff. It was shouting because he’s going to fell off. An old man came out of the forest and took the arm of the man. He rescued him. It was a hero! The old man explained to the authorities that he know about the situation because he was cutting wood when he heard the shouts.

The situation was so dangerous because he (the old man) could fall and he was very brave. At the end the authorities left the mountain and take the man to a hospital, and the old man continued cutting wood.

A survey about the future

The topic of the survey was “Your opinions about the future”. Twenty people did the survey and most of them were positive about the future. These are the results:

Most of the people think that the world will be a better place, and more than a half of the people think that there won’t be much contamination. Some people think that we will be more intelligent in the future.

One or two people think that the humans will not exist in thousand years’ time. Nobody thinks that the planet will not exist in the next century and everybody thinks that humans will live on other planets.

A memorable day

I remember my last birthday. It was a very memorable day.
First, I recived my parents' presents, and i had a big breakfast. Then all my family phoned to my house and congratulates me.
At 13 o'clock we went to a restaurant and there, there was all my family with presents for me. We had a good lunch and we talket a lot. Suddenly, my uncle stands up and he started talking about me. I was so embarrassed but it was fun.
There was a lot of people in the party, but the person who I remember perfectly is my cousin because he drew a grat pinting for me. 
It was an amazing day and I felt very happy.

My ideal home

My ideal home

Her we are in my ideal home. It’s a modern house outside the city. It’s not very big, but it has all the necessary. It’s got one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

In my ideal home I’m also alone, because I can do what I want. At the moment I’m studying but I suppose that when I finished I’m going to play computer games.

My favourite room is my bedroom. It’s got a big TV, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I like this room because it has all my favourite things and it’s comfortable.

My last summer

My last summer

Hi my name is Eloi, and today I'm going to talk about my last summer.

In my last summer I went to dive in Cap de Creus .I went to France to les Gorges de la fou. And finally, to Via Catalana on the 11^th September.

Cap de Creus:

I left Banyoles at the afternoon and I went to my uncles’ apartment in Port de la selva. In the morning we went to Llança, and then we sailed to Cap de Creus .There I prepared my luggage and a monitor explained to me some information before dive. Under water I saw a lot of species of fishes and the most especially of this day was that I saw sunfishes and I plunged about 10 meters.

Gorges de la fou.

At 7:30 my family and I took the car and we went to Gorges de la fou, in France. There, the instructor gives to us a helmet to be safer.

When we finished we went to have a picnic in a picnic area near there.

Via Catalana.

I went to Via Catalana with a group of friends and family in the tram 630 in Vilademuls. I stayed all the day there. We had a small picnic near the parking and then we went to the tram. There we had fun because all the people made human waves and shouted I-Inde-Independencia!!

And ad the end we played the anthem of Catalonia (Els Segadors) and the national day was finished.

These summer holidays weren't the best that I had but I had fun too.
